Dr. Bach felt that treating physical symptoms was not
enough. It was the sufferer himself, the person, who needed treatment
and help to overcome his worries, fears, depressions, hopelessness.
In 1930, he began his discovery of the flower essences. Dr. Bach
found 38 flowers to cover the 38 negative states of mind from which
mankind can suffer - for fear, uncertainty and indecision,
loneliness, insufficient interest in the present circumstances,
over-sensitiveness to
influences and ideas, despondency and despair and for over-care for the
welfare of others. The 38 remedies constitute a complete system of
healing; each plant having been specifically chosen for its primary
function - the ability to treat the mind.
The Bach Flower Remedies have been in use for over 70
years. The remedies are safe, gentle and simple, yet subtle and
profound in their healing. Each of the remedies is aimed at a different
state of mind or emotion. They do not treat physical illness directly,
but by restoring harmony to the mind, they allow the body's natural defenses
to work more easily. There are no side effects, and the remedies
are non-addictive. You cannot overdose, and the remedies can be safely used
with other medication.

What to Expect
|
1st
Session: $75
2nd, 3rd Sessions: $50 |
The sessions serve to educate you in the
use of the Bach Flower Remedies. We will
discuss your current emotional state. From
that discussion, the appropriate remedies
can be recommended and a treatment bottle
made up. It is advisable to take the
remedies for at least three weeks and then
have the first follow-up appointment. There
will have been changes in emotional outlook
and attitude, and the remedies recommended
may be changed at this time and taken for
another three weeks.
If you wish to continue
with treatment, we will again address your
emotional state at the time, and if needed,
another course of Bach remedies
recommended. Like many healing
methods, each course of remedies "peels the
onion", layer by layer, until we experience
relief.
The first session will take approximately
one hour and subsequent sessions will take
one-half to one hour. |
